Just a quick update to let all know Im working on an update.. it wont be very different unfortunately since most work in the next version has been put into moving the whole game into a new project file (which involves a lot of copying and pasting and checking if everything works).. this was necessary since the old file showed signs of unstability. This work is almost done now so hopefully I can also cram in some updates you can actually notice as well. More soon!

So maybe some of you have been noticing the distinct lack of music in the game. This is not as intended, it has always been my plan to have background music in all the official worlds and I had even produced a couple of tunes for this purpose. Last year my trusty old M-audio Delta 44 soundcard broke down (I thought) so I had to wait until I could buy a new one. Eventually I bought a new one only to recently find out that it's actually my music computer that's broken. It's been behaving strange for a long while now, but now it has finally happened. It won't even boot. So maybe my soundcard wasnt the problem after all.. grrrrr.. well, rest assured that as soon as I can buy a new music computer, the music production will continue and eventually Wilkanoid 2 will run to the sweet sound of some nice funky tunes. Until then, sorry! Have spotify running in the background or something! :)

Sooo, its april and till no complete game? Well, things have a tendency to take more time than anticipated.. I found a few missatkes that need correcting, and I was also not happy with all levels in the cave and water world, so I've modified some of them. Right now the cave world feels much better (more fun!) but the water world still need more work. I might release the full game with only 5 water levels, since it's specially one level that I cant seem to get working properly. So thanks for your patience while this is being worked out!

Here's a new screen of the last cave world level which turned out pretty nice! (its longer than in the picture)
